Your Responsibilities Will Include: Website Testing &amp; Quality Assurance Assist in functional, UI\/UX, and cross-browser testing for Shopify and WordPress websites. Test website responsiveness to ensure smooth performance across desktop, mobile, and tablet devices. Verify eCommerce functionalities such as product pages, checkout, and payment processing (Shopify). Ensure website forms, navigation, and interactive elements work correctly. Ensure website conforms to agreed upon functional and design requirements Bug Identification &amp; Reporting Identify and document bugs, inconsistencies, and issues using bug tracking tools like Jira or Trello. Work with developers to reproduce and validate fixes for reported issues. Perform regression testing after bug fixes and updates. Performance &amp; Security Testing (Basic Level) Test website speed and performance using tools like Google PageSpeed Insights and GTmetrix. Verify basic security features such as SSL certificates and secure login processes. Documentation &amp; Process Improvement Assist in creating test cases, checklists, and QA documentation. Contribute to improving testing processes and best practices. Provide feedback on user experience improvements. What we\u2019re looking for Available for a full time internship (6 months, paid internship) Preferably a fresh graduate or final year student pursuing a Bachelor or higher Degree in Information Technology in a recognized institution of higher learning, with good academic achievements Basic understanding of website testing, HTML, and CSS. Familiarity with WordPress and\/or Shopify is a plus. Good analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to follow test plans and document findings clearly. Eagerness to learn and work collaboratively with developers and designers. Interest in and familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) and a basic understanding of AI concepts such as LLMs, prompting, and AI agents.
