Your Responsibilities Will Include: Data and CRM management includes:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Inbound lead qualification &#8211; Whenever there&#8217;s an inbound request, you will be assigned and create a card on the Sales Prospecting board Contact Mapping &#8211; Finding, creating, and updating new contacts in Customer Contact Mapping Sheet (Prospect\/ Current\/ Former Customer) Identify, research, and generate highly qualified leads against the company&#8217;s Ideal Customer Profile. Assist the Account Manager in identifying improvement and growth opportunities and present recommendations to the customer Work together with our Growth team to identify upsell &amp; cross-sell opportunities and build out a pipeline of new business leads Actively contribute to our expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess reliability and demonstrate proficiency in identifying and attracting individuals who seamlessly integrate with our company culture and values. What we\u2019re looking for Preferably a fresh graduate or final year student pursuing a Bachelor or higher Degree in Marketing, business, management in a recognized institution of higher learning, with good academic achievements Keen interest in learning a broad base of digital marketing including Analytics, Content Marketing, CRM, CRO, Ecommerce, Performance Marketing and SEO Impeccable written and verbal communication skills, able to convey difficult concepts to the customers and have good negotiation skills Detail-oriented and highly organized; ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform tasks effectively under pressure with a systematic approach Have analytical and strong problem solving skills to synthesize data into clear insights for clients. A good team player and aims to continue improving with the team and also able to work within and cross departments A fast and continuous learner, especially in this fast changing data &amp; technology driven environment. Proficiency in spreadsheets, and comfortable with technology in general Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing channels (e.g. Google\/Facebook) or tools (e.g. Email Platforms, CRM, CDP, Google Analytics) are a plus Interest in and familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) and a basic understanding of AI concepts such as LLMs, prompting, and AI agents.
